January Bulu Box Review

The Box: Bulu Box (Regular)
The Cost: $10/month (less with a longer subscription)
The Goods: Choose between Weight Loss or Regular options and you'll get 4-5 health and nutrition product samples. You can also earn points to spend in their shop by reviewing the samples you receive.

Bulu Box Word Magnets: We have a stainless steel fridge so we don't have a ton of space for magnets, but we do already have a couple of sets of word magnets up there for these to join.  Side note: why does shit get censored but not badass?

The Gummies Co Vitamin C: ($.68)  I've never seen vegan gummy vitamins before!  These taste a lot like candy orange slices and don't have any sort of weird after taste.

Berry Sleepy: ($2.67)  I have a really hard time sleeping when I'm feeling stressed, but I'm a lightweight when it comes to medication so I never take anything for it.  The fact that these are vegan and all natural, fruit based pills make me a little more comfortable with taking them.

Miracle Tree Moringa Tee - Mango: ($.64)  Since hot tea is on part of my 30 before 30, I'm actually looking forward to trying this one.

Coconut Organics Coconut Chips: ($1.50)  Coconut chips + chocolate ice cream = best thing ever.  Just saying.

Shapeology Umph - Fruit Punch: ($1.67)  I don't work out hard enough to need a pre-workout booster (or, you know, at all) so I'll probably hand this off to J.

Flyjoy - Coconut Almond: ($2.39)  I pretty much always carry some sort of snack bar in my purse.  This will definitely be the next one I toss in there to try.

Total Value: $9.55

I *think* all of these items are actually vegetarian friendly!  (I'm not positive on the Umph - there are a lot of ingredients I'm unfamiliar with.)
Bulu Box has a quiz that you take when you sign up and in it, you can note whether you're vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.  My profile was set as vegetarian, so I actually emailed BB to ask why I was constantly sent non-vegetarian-friendly items.  It turns out that the profile quiz just helps them decide what to send you, but isn't a hard guideline they abide by.  Think less Wantable, more Ipsy.
