- I survived our houseguest with only moderate social awkwardness. He apparently thought we had a maid. 1) Uh...I wish! 2) He clearly didn't closely examine the bookshelves and all their dust, but 3) that's like the biggest compliment ever.
- I'm kind of obsessed with selling things on ebay right now. I've made about $250 so far and I still have a TON of stuff to sell. Man, some of these buyers though - one person asked me several questions about an item - and all of the information she was asking for was already in the item listing. Um. Try reading the auction! (Also, my ebay selling has been perfect in telling J "I TOLD YOU SO" about all the times he tried to convince me I didn't need to keep all my bubble mailers and boxes from my subs.)
- In last week's Thoughts I mentioned all of the troubles I've been having with Inzuri. Guess what! My December box STILL hasn't shipped. I sent them ANOTHER email chewing them out and they didn't even bother to respond to that one. I have a very nice (hah) email drafted that I'm about to send them as a final notice before I dispute my charges.
- It's been a very slooow time in the mail lately, but I think Ipsy and Barkbox should be making an appearance soon! J's threatened me and told me to stay away from the mail though - apparently he ordered a couple things for me so he has to inspect all the packages first.
- Amanda over at A Good Hue is in the running to get to be one of 8 bloggers sent to WWD Magic! She's a pretty cool chick, so check out her blog and then go here to vote for her, if you don't mind. I'm hoping she's one of the winners so that I can be way jealous of her. ;)
- I FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK! It's been "at the doctor" for a month now. One of the parts got lost in the mail, then when they finally got it they realized that Mini ordered the wrong one. It's nice to finally not have to rely on J to tote me everywhere now.
Happy Thursday!
That's really nuts about your car. I can't believe they didn't give you a loaner after they ordered the wrong part! My mail has been slow too, I think we're going to have an avalanche today.

They did offer a discounted rental, but I work from home so I don't technically *need* a car. One thing's for sure though - that's the last repair my car will get from me. I paid enough in the last year to make a down payment on a nice new one. Granted, she's seen over 100k miles in her 8 year lifetime. Overall, I guess I can't complain ;)
